Tiger Force Ultra, the label and distro I run, has made it through in one piece. All records, cassettes and CDs have made the arduous trek from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Portland, Oregon with nary a record being bent or a case being cracked. I was also able to consolidate some stock that i had from before the move, meaning there’s even more stuff to check out.
Meanwhile, things are cooking here. Have got a ton of short stories placed recently. “Shrub Angel” is available for viewing at the Menda City Review. “High Tide” should be out in a week or so via Northwind, and “Hospitality” will be available in August through Camera Obscura Journal. All of these journals are great and feature a bevy of great writing. They’re all worth supporting, so, you know, what are you waiting for?
Recently finished an EP cover for Gunner’s Daughter, and am still working on stuff for Abolitionist, as well as a pretty cool anthology cover that shall so far remain nameless. Book design’s always been something I’ve wanted to get into more, so I’m stoked on the opportunity. Still plugging away at the novel, when the Great Fear Of The Book Irrevocably Sucking doesn’t seize me in its sweaty grip.
Thanks much for looking this over,
