Hi everyone. Few new things posted, take a look around.

Have some upcoming stuff – a 7” and gatefold LP package for WHY I HATE, a CD design for DISSENT, a little thing for the SHINOBU singles/weirdness collection coming out, a new issue of AVOW (probably 75% done with the writing) and finally, a new batch of paintings. Have also had some luck placing some short stories and am still pretty entrenched in fiction writing at the moment.

I will be moving in two months. I’ll be having one last painting show in Portland before I go – this will seriously mark the last opportunity to buy up a painting before they all go into storage for at least a year. Possibly much longer. Probably after late May, all paintings will be unavailable from the website. And once the Portland show comes down, everything from, oh, 1998 to mid-2010 will be unavailable. So if you were considering it, now would be a good time to grab one up.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for stopping by. Been a while.

First off, if you’re in the DC/Virginia area and feel like going to a massive art event with five floors, 500 artists (including this guy right here), live paintings and music throughout March, check out Art Whino’s crazy G40 art show here.

In the meantime, there’s new stuff up. And stuff in the works that includes a new (music!) issue of Avow, new paintings, art/design for a split CD between GOOD NEWS FROM FRANCE and GO! FIGHT! WIN!, stuff for CARRY NO RECORDS, a shirt design for Ireland’s BEANZ ON TOAST, etc. Keep your eyes open.

I’ll be having a 2-person show in May/June at the Goodfoot in Portland. This will be the last show I do in Oregon before I move to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in July. And after that, the majority of paintings will be going into storage – possibly for a long time – so now’s a good time to grab a specific painting before it’s either sold or packed away for who knows how long.

That’s about it for now. Been writing a lot, fiction and otherwise, and should also have the first batch of paintings for 2010 up soon. Thanks for stopping by. As always, if you’ve got any questions, feel free to get in touch.

Well, first post of the new year. Looks like we made it through to another one.

A ton of stuff rolled down the avenue all at once – and not necessarily all in the best of ways – which made it difficult to get a lot of work done the past few months or so. However, said forces have now beat a hasty retreat and you’ll start to see more regular posts from me. This includes an updated and more informative sectioning of this website, with a bio, painting exhibition history and most likely some kind of short film documentary about my painting process. Filming will start soon; as always, I’ll keep you posted.

In the meantime, here’s some new stuff – a shirt, a poster, an album cover. And there’s stuff in the works for AMOK, WHY I HATE, FAILSAFE RECORDS, FISCHER, MICROCOSM PUBLISHING and more.

Hey, everyone.

Thanks for stopping by. Bunch of new stuff posted – new paintings, a few record covers, etc. My “Sweatpants Rabbit” painting will be in Vinyl Killers 7, a huge exhibition of painted records held at The Goodfoot every year. Come on by and check it out – it opens on Thursday, October 27th at 2845 SE Stark, in Portland. There’ll be some amazing work there.
